STEP 1. Here we go. Start by making a round shape for the head guide, and then draw the tear drop shape for the body of the bird.
STEP 2.
Starting at the top, begin sketching the head first, and then work your
way down the back, and then the chest. Make sure that your lining
consists of feathery strokes. Draw a small beak, and then move to step
three.
STEP 3.
Continue to draw out the bird's body, which should also complete it's
form. Be sure to include the feathery tail as well as the nicely shaped
wing. Draw and color in an eye, as well as sketch a think line for the
beak. Add some ruffle detailing around the nose and head then move to
step four.
STEP 4.
Instead of drawing another piece of the birds body, you will need to
draw in the feathers on the wing and tail like so. Also lightly sketch
in some tiny feathers on the wings, thigh, and chest.
STEP 5.
Well guys, this is the last drawing step. You should draw in the legs
and feet first, and then draw the branch that it's perched on. Sketch in
the detailing to the branch and then clean up the drawing to prepare it
for vivid color.
STEP 6. You are all done, and now you have a beautiful songbird. I hope you guys enjoyed this tutorial as much as I did creating it. Step 0 for image Step 1 for image Step 2 for image Step 3 for image Step 4 for image Step 5 for image Step 6 for image |
